Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Unless agreed otherwise we bring all standard cleaning supplies, tools and equipment. Let us know about allergies or preferences (fragrance-free, eco-friendly) before your first service.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can be present, leave a key, share a lockbox or door code, or arrange access through your property manager or concierge. Access details are kept confidential.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Let us know within the window in your agreement.
What's not included?
Exterior work, biohazard or mold remediation, pest control and moving heavy furniture are excluded unless agreed in writing.
How does the 10% discount work?
Clients with continuous patronage, or who sign a contract agreement, get 10% off the total package for as long as the contract remains active and in good standing.
